Had a flood in my home with excessive amount of water. They were first on site to pump out my basement, had all the right tools and gadgets to get the job done fast and efficiently. They rates are affordable, and left my house smelling clean and fresh.
The best of all was that they came back after the Restoration was complete and cleaned my carpets once again leaving my house clean and fresh. The men were exceptionally polite, respectful and knowledgeable with my numerous amount of questions regarding to stains on carpets, gum on upholstery and even did spots treatments on my mattress as explanations

The worst people to deal with. When they came to clean the carpet I started asking questions, just general ones. The men came very offensive, aggressive and raising his voice. He left before the job got started. These people are very unprofessional, dificult to deal with and rude. I normally don't write reviews but I am doing it so people are aware of this and becareful when dealing with them.

Fantastic service.
Have a golden lab from hell that makes messes like you wouldn't believe. These guys were pretty quick and did a great job. I'm very happy with the results.

This owner I CALLED back to tell him where they needed to spot clean, was about the size of a small bathroom. He got WELL paid for the lousy job they done. When it dried up, it still looked uncleaned. He got so defensive that was raising his voice at me .
He said your carpet it old, and your Drewlo Holdings needs to replace it. Call them. I said the young fellow was learning, certainly needed more training but not from this guy, and the owner also needs some manners in learning to deal with his customers. I was in business for many a years with repeat business. I SEE I was not the only person

Fast and efficient! Wish I had more carpets for them to clean! they Even took a difficult stain out of my carpet that I’ve been fighting with for months! So glad my friend gave me the recommendation! Will recommend for all friends and family. Employees are respectful and pleasant to deal with also!

My wife and I have used Mike's carpet cleaning service before and had him back to clean our stairs and two couches. Minutes after he left I noticed a small chip, about the size of a dime, in our new cabinets in an area where he had his houses. I quickly contacted Mike to let him know; he immediately raised his voice, got very defensive and suggested that I was lying.
I took a few minutes to collect myself and contacted him again to take him up on his offer of him proving that his vinyl hoses can't cause damage. He became loud and aggressive, repeatedly swearing at me, and finally ended the conversation
