A leak in a pipe was repaired but the plumber for an unknown reason removed the shower cartridge. He had problems doing replacing a new cartridge. The shower was working for one shower and then would not shut off properly, and there was a leak into the basement below. and I was told it was an old unit (I bought it 3 years ago when the shower was installed). The company refused to do anything about this.

I had a leak in a pipe on a Sunday, so I shut the water off immediately and called 5 different plumbers. Cullen plumbing was the only one that responded to my call quickly (same day) and a plumber came within 30 minutes. He fixed the problem and was done within about 30 minutes. The price seemed very fair too! I would absolutely recommend them!!!

Called Cullen close to 8:00pm on Good Friday with a sewage ejector pump issue.
Tech was there within an hour with a spare pump in case needed within the hour.
Tech was very pleasant and of course helpful as he had our issue solved in no time!!

I'm very happy with the service we received from Cullen Plumbing! A tech came out to install a new dishwasher (where we didn't have one before), and run a new flush line from our water softener. This guy went above and beyond everywhere he possibly could. I told him it was fine to run the line for the dishwasher around the back of the cupboard it had to run through. He fished it through the cavity beneath the cupboard instead, making it totally invisible, which is so much nicer. He helped me with the electrical on the dishwasher, which he was in no way obligated to do. He just happily offered.

We had a pipe burst in our basement and had our water shut off as a result. Cullen Plumbing and Heating was able to come to our home within 30 minutes of when I called, and the work was completed in a very timely manner. The plumber also explained to us what he thought happened and gave us tips for the future. If I ever need a plumber again I will be calling Cullen Plumbing and Heating.

I had poly-B plumbing throughout my house. I got three estimates to replace it and decided to go with Cullen. I have a finished basement so access to the plumbing is limited but they problem solved so they cut as little drywall in my home as possible to feed the new Pex throughout. They wore protective "slippers" over their work boots and cleaned everything up when the job was done. It only took a day to complete the work as well. Very friendly and professional. The whole experience with Cullen was excellent.

Three weeks ago I had an emergency and called Cullen. The man who answered the phone told me it was going to cost over 200 dollars since it was a Saturday night. I didn't want to go the whole weekend with no water and wait till Monday to find out the damage in the basement ceiling (toilet leaked upstairs and it rained in the basement) so I said well I guess that's the price.
