Exceptional advice and service. Kurtis not only knows the products, he is passionate about them and was able to recommend the best shower head for someone with sensory processing issues. My child actually enjoyed the bath once we found the correct shower head. Thank you Kurtis for making that happen. I will be back when it's time for some upgrades for sure.

Staff were helpful with everything! They would call back promptly. I was annoyed that they charged HST on the restocking fee. It is neither a good or a service so HST shouldn't be charged.
