Absolute worst company I've ever had to deal with. Forgot to send the warranty paperwork in for a new unit they sold me and installed, then when I needed a leaking coil replaced after only 2 years, I came to find out I had no warranty, as no paperwork was filed to register my unit. Total Comfort told me that they had told me I had to register it… myself, though that was not their "normal" operational procedures? Let alone I was never told such a thing. Total Lies and Total Disappointment is a much more appropriate name for this company. - Stay Away from this company.

My name is Charito Willis, and our heating unit broke down. My and husband and I was worried, it will cost a lot of money. My husband called Total Comfort and they were nice to send a Comfort Specialist right away. Mr. Cliff Allen came and who was very knowledgeable of his products, professionally suggested the right kind of heater that we needed.… He even called his company if they can help to install the heater ASAP. Total Comfort even let us borrowed space heaters. Even Dan and Darius the installers are nice and professionals I would strongly recommend this company and their people.

Very disappointed! We called Total Comfort for after hours service on August 14 at 5:50pm and spoke with a Ms. Morrison who said she would let Total Comfort know that the Air Conditioning unit stopped working and that the owner is 97 years old with breathing issues. We gave 2 callback numbers to ensure we missed no calls and no one has called us… back. It is Sunday August 15 at 12:14pm and no one has showed up yet. The owner has a 10 year warranty on this unit she purchased on 2018. I am her grandaughter who is visiting and very upset that no one would at least give us a time or date so

Huge shout out to the on call technician Thursday night. We arrived home to a very hot house. Thermostat wasn't working either. I forgot young man's name, but he called back quickly, asked a few questions and walked my husband through what he thought the problem was. Bingo!!! Problem solved. We purchased a new unit several years ago through Total Comfort and they have always been great to work with. Highly recommend.

Zane came out today to replace our leaky water heater. We called around 9:30 and were delighted that he would be able to come out the same day. He arrived and accessed the situation and explained what we needed and why. Zane was professional and personable. He kept us apprised of his progress. He completed the job in a timely manner. Zane explained what was done and proper maintenance. He answered other plumbing related questions for us. We would highly recommend Zane and Total Comfort!

A HUGE shout out n thnk u to ZANE! Thanx to this guy i have hot water again!! He was very polite and knew exactly what he was doin! Had others come to fix the prob but i ended back at square 1 everytime... Zane got it right the first try and was fairly fast about it...Very satisfied with his work and would recommend him for the future... Thank u a million times Zane.
