We have used this company many times for home projects but recently we placed an order for gravel stone to be delivered to our home. Great delivery, and delivered in the time frame we confirmed.
The pricing was almost the same as other competitors. The driver was super friendly, happy & good at his job!
He dropped the stone exactly where it needed to be! Overall, Very impressed with the customer service, the driver, and the stone! We highly recommend this company for all of your supplies.

Make sure you need what you are buying from this place. A 25% restocking fee is charged if you want to return anything. I just bought a concrete sealer in the morning and I wanted to return it in the afternoon. I did not open, or do anything to it.
Usually, some stores (and I try to avoid these ones) are charging 15% for restocking. This company is asking 25% - looking more like a rip-off than a restocking fee...Not fair, not nice, to make money out of nothing! Stores are entitled to charge a restocking fee in Canada if they choose, but to me these fees are the reason not to buy anymore from those

Rude and lazy staff in the yard to start with... then when they fail to deliver the just brush it off with sarcastic remarks... sorry you have to wait till the end of the day for the driver to come back because they cannot call him.. they are not the only suppliers out there... will never buy from them again.

As a contractor, our company has purchased supply through Hamilton Builders' often. Today's experience was disappointing. We called in advance to ask about stock and pricing of blue face masks. We were told they had boxes of 50 and the price was $10/box. We asked for confirmation of the price; it was given.
We asked that 4 boxes be held for us. He said if we came right away the supply would likely still be available. We did just that. However, a different sales associate served us. He relayed that the box cost was $100! The associate who told us that over the phone joined in the conversation and
