I'm very happy with Park Lane Home Builders. I can't say enough about Julie and how good she is. Julie goes above and beyond to make things right. A real pleasure to deal with. I've had some bad experience in the past with other builders and their contractors with horrible workmanship. This is not the case at all with Park Lane Homes.

Family run company that makes you feel part of the family process.Great individuals to work with from the initial sales presentation to closing . Where can you walk in and have a coffee with the owner “Park Lane”. Truly a hands on organization, you are part of the building process once you confirm that they are the builder of choice.
The communication, quality, on time commitment is exceptional. There is not one member of their “Team” that is not approachable you even get to meet the tradesmen at the monthly end of the month pizza lunch.

Parklane built my first home about 17 years ago in Ridgeway, and after falling in love with the inviting and welcoming Stevensville subdivision I am so ecstatic about my second home! Cathy and the Parklane team always go above and beyond to make your dreams come true! I am so happy to be in this community with many great neighbours and new friendships- feels like family!
