We used Torwin 30yrs ago to replace the original windows of the home, and were very pleased then. Since, we have updated the front door, had a new side door installed, and all new windows updated this year, including replacing a sliding back door with a garden door. Excellent customer service, professional install and beyond expectation windows/door.

Emailed and phoned Tony with photos and dimensions for 5 windows and fibreglass door as per his request. No response after a week. Needless to say will not recommend or use them.
In response to the "owner": "Hi Tony as per our conversation yesterday, i will need 3 windows single sliding with a screen on one side with approx dimensions 44 by 37.5 inches. 1 window single sliding with screen 31 by 32 inches and the last window is 56 by 37.5 sliding window with the screen on one side. We purchased our new front door and entry system through Torwin Doors. Cassi was terrific, she was able to help us navigate through the whole process from the fine technical details of each entry system to the design process to ensure it looked outstanding on our house.
