Lucky was very helpful. Needed to get the screen on sliding patio door and on window replaced . They did a fantastic job and charged reasonably.

We needed egress windows quickly. No one else in GTA seemed to have any stock. Lucky was super professional to talk to and understood our urgency. Our newly installed windows leaked; (long story why). He reserved the two sizes we needed and we had a seamless transaction with him. He also explained how the window mechanism works and gave us all the time we needed to ensure these wi does meet our specs per our approved permit.
Now, I do not have long term experience to comment on quality but the windows look well-made! When you have the owner so involved in a business and customer service is awesome

Just had my front door replaced by New Tech and I am sooo happy with the result. When I returned home from work in the evening after the installation had already been completed, I was shocked at the difference and to find my entryway completely transformed. The quality of the doors and the installation is fantastic. Lucky, his father and the entire team were a pleasure to deal with.
