I also had a bad experience with Chicopee Craftsmen and like the other reviewer, I found them to be disrespectful and to have very poor communication and listening skills. Like the other reviewer, this is the 1st review I have ever created and it is motivated by their faulty work.
I hired them to fix a leak in my bathroom and do the necessary renovations. They did not complete a small but important part of the reno as I asked despite having requested it in advance and more importantly, the leak has returned and having phoned them about it they are too rude to be bothered dealing with.
