Born and raised in Poland, Gregory Olszewski, owner and craftsman, had his first opportunity in the industry when he was a young man looking for work.

My husband and I can't say how much we appreciate the hard work and attention to detail from the office staff to the sales people to the installers we were provided. Slavik and his crew were amazing and D was meticulous in every detail to complete the stair transformation. All we can say is WOW and thanks to Diana for her hard work of coordinating every detail. We had our flooring installed this summer and it looks fantastic. Jose was wonderful to deal with and we are extremely happy with our finished work. We were so happy, we booked them to come and do our stairs in August. That experience did not go well and a separate review will be posted about that experience.

We had shopped around to get our floors and stairs done and ended up getting our material from Grand floors. Diana was absolutely amazing. She helping me through the process of picking out the right floor for our Rec room and also recommended the wood floor caps for our stairs. She was able to match the wood stair caps to the vinyl plank floors that we ordered, and did such an awesome job. No one would guess that the Rec room floors were not real wood. Andrew installed the stairs and did an amazing job. he was a perfectionist. He even went out of his way to touch up the baseboards in order to leave

I had my old hardwood floors removed and new ones installed by Grand Floors. The floors are amazing and the crew that installed them was so professional and did an amazing job. Our new floor has no squeaks in it like our old one, they tightened down our entire sub floor. We also had all new spindles and posts installed, the redid our railings and stairs. everything matched the floors perfectly. They kept me informed every step of the way as to what the next steps and process would be. Diana and Greg helped us pick everything out and we couldn't be happier everything looks amazing and the staff

I had this company come and install hardwood on a landing about 20 square feet and sand/refinish 400+ square feet of hardwood flooring in a dining room.A common occurance with a job like this is the home owners must leave the home for a few days. On the first day of the project I returned to our home to put out our weekly garbage for collection. I was surprised to see a pile of wood scattered on our porch and a garbage bag laying in the middle of the driveway. Further investigation into the house and it obvious this company does not take time to cover and protect the rest of the home from damage

Installers were great! Slava and his team were in and out and cleaned up afterwards without issue.
I find Gregory the owner nice enough but a bit sketchy when it comes to customer service. Wanting to be paid fully when the job is not completely finished is a "No, no" in my book.
Unfortunately, flooring is something one does not do nor replace on a regular basis, so what does the company care, I won't be back for many years to come.
I won't recommend Grand Floor from a sales and customer service perspective neither.
My vibe told me, Gregory is in it for the buck not customer

Two years ago we got this company to do our hardwood floors and stairs. Many, many , many times they either did not show up when we were told they were going to be here or they showed up late. Most days they had to leave early due to materials not being available. The project was supposed to take 4-5 days. It ended up taking over 3 WEEKS and I am STILL looking at RED stained risers and BROWN walnut stained stairs!!! The guy who stained the risers to match the stairs kept saying "This is not red enough" and kept adding more red!!!
