Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value
Today the Building company came to my apartment to install the lock for my balcony door. During the 10 minutes he was here he completely destroyed the balcony door while he repeatedly body slammed into it trying to open it and just left without doing anything about the problem. I still have no balcony.

It is quite astounding how poor quality these builders are. I have lived at their 1 Yorkville project for nearly a year and I have never experienced such poor quality in everything from the workmanship to electrical, plumbing and HVAC issues.There is almost no soundproofing in the units and you can hear everything your neighbours are doing. Not only has TMG been unable to finish the building as it is still under construction nearly a year later, but there have been endless issues with hot water, heating, air conditioning, and general maintenance.

This is the most disorganized and poorly managed company i’ve ever had to deal with. if there is any communication between management and the labourers its most likely WRONG! each party blaming the other for their wrong doing. they work excruciatingly slow. and will perform one job/task a day and will let your space sit for days if not weeks at a time untouched.
