Awesome service! On Christmas eve,We had issue with the kitchen sink plumbing. water was leaking on to the basements. We were Worry that we cannot use the sink and unable to cook Christmas supper for the family. Excellent admin staff - helpful and friendly, Curtis was incredibly professional and got my outdoor water taps working again and got a vent clog unstuck that I just couldn't get to budge. So grateful for excellent service. Will definitely call again!

We came back from a weekend at the lake to discover our boiler had given up the ghost and flooded our basement. We turned off the water and gave Discount Plumbing and Heating a call the next morning. They came out to investigate it within a few hours and replaced the boiler for us the same day as it had corroded right through. Really appreciated the speed and professionalism of their team, particularly as we had (at time of this review) a 3 month old baby and so not having hot water was particularly problematic, I don't feel the price was unfair either and they provided a full quote for us including

Our water heater sprung a leak and Shane was called and he came within 15 minutes. He came to have a look to see what options of different water heaters we had that we could put in.
