Ploycorp are highly professional. I have been coordinating with Donna the property manager and she never responds in time. Its been 5months and neither they have responded to my emails phone calls or refunded my security deposit. When i sent an email to them that I have to vacate the premises because my mom in-law passed away and i dont have a return date yet then she didn’t response to my email but when i asked for my security deposit refund then to my surprise they charged me for short of notice period of 5days. if they would have responded to my email and informed me that there would be short

Just moved in to a brand new building. Resident Managers are friendly and extremely helpful. Move in was smooth and well organized. Too bad it takes forever to unpack🤪Update after Two years...an ongoing concern with heating & air conditioning, we've just given up. This is a beautiful complex and without better attention to detail, it could easily become rundown very quickly.
