This is the MOST unprofessional and RUDE contractor I have ever dealt with! He wasted several months of our time. He never responds to calls or texts and in fact turns off his phone often making it impossible to contact him. He doesn't like it if you have questions about the work, basically its his way or the highway. I would stay away from this contractor. I was warned against using him but thought I would take a chance, lesson learned. Be very careful!! He will claim he never did work for me but in fact did do an estimate (see below) and I gave him the go ahead and waited 2 months for him to

I had a deck built by another contractor and it turned out to be a nightmare.The service was terrible. I contacted Jay for a quote to fix my deck nightmare and he went above and beyond my expectations and built me a beautiful deck. The deck that was built by the first contractor would not have passed any codes and was awful. Jay came and removed the old deck and built me a better deck than we hoped for. He provided amazing customer service and conducts a very professional business.

First of all, I shopped around town for a contractor. Two people did not return calls after several attempts. One showed up and gave us an estimate...and then vanished. We call General Jay and although it took a day or so, he called back and gave us an estimate. He was hired.
We just had Jay install a industrial level restaurant-style kitchen range hood. None of us knew at the time that this was not a standard run-of-the-mill range hood. It has two huge internal fans and needed to be exhausted out via an 8-inch exhaust through a brick wall, about 25 feet above ground level. Jay rose to the occasion

We were absolutely thrilled with our basement renovation completed by Jay and his team. He involved us throughout the entire renovation which I don't believe you get with all contractors. He was true to his timeline and his initial quote, which we were very pleased with. Jay's attention to detail increased our confidence level immediately from the beginning of the project until it's completion. Jay was both knowledgeable and creative and gave us a beautiful new room in our home. He can have the keys to our house anytime...and we highly recommend his services

Called Jason when I had an emergency with my hot water tank problem, Water had been pouring out everywhere it was late at night when I contacted Jason he stopped everything came over to investigate he then made it safe for the night then returned the following day to replace the hot water tank. Jason also kept in contact over the next few days after it was installed to make sure I no longer had any issues with the water tank.

We had a horrible experience with another contractor that quit mid project. We contacted Jason and he came quickly to assess our situation. We did have a nightmare of a renovation project that Jason took on - plumbing was done wrong, electrical was not done to code. Jason fixed all the issues from someone else's mistakes and created 2 beautiful bathrooms for us. He promised us that we would trust again, and we do. He will be our first and only choice with any future renovation. I can't say enough good about Jason. We fully recommend Jason. His work is second to none!
