Stopped by to purchase a yard of soil. No other customers in yard yet no one available to assist. After waiting a significant amount of time, verified price before buying...they charge 38$ for a yard if you're picking up where as all other soil companies charge 23$ to 26$.
My visit was in 2019, I have updated my review in response to the business response to my review.

This is where I always get my soil and aggregate from. Reasonable prices and fast service. I usually come in looking for a bit of advice on exactly how much I need and they're quite helpful. Would recommend.

Very professional landscaping supply spot. Super friendly personnel and competitively priced. A little further down the road than the "other guy" but after using both suppliers professionalism wins hands down! Well worth the extra 5 minute drive. I honestly cannot think of 1 negative thing about these guy's. OK i got one slightly negative item. The road around their piles is a little bumpy, but really its a landscape lot road. Who am I Captain Perfect?

I have no experience with them other than a quote. But I find it incredible the price difference. T+T, Reimers, Gautier all $240 for couple yards of black granite. This was was over $300. I'm not doubting their customer service as reviews state their great but price is not really in contention.

I'm not sure how they stay in business with their prices? Soil quote was $100 more than others. I also phoned for rock quote.. when i got there it was 3 times the price.. i had a recording of who gave me the quote but they wouldnt honor it.. they did give me their contractor price which was still way over twice the price of others (I called for a quote later from Ron Paul soils). Not impressed as I had driven all the way there! (for reference 3/4 riverwash stone is closer to $12 a bag and Ron Paul is $3.99 a bag)!

Was a no show for a weekend gravel delivery, putting my project the following weekend at risk. Tried calling the office with no answer and no reply to either voice mail or email. Went back to McEwens.
