First trimmed our trees 4-5 years ago. Contacted them back early this spring to get an estimate and arrange a date for the fall. On three different occasions I was told Mike would be around within a few days with a quote and the option to book. Neither ever came, was provided his personal cell which I did not bother him on until today. After my wife called and got his assistant who was told “we are not doing any residential work this year”. So why were we strung along for 5 months? Promise after promise only to be told at the last minute sorry we can’t help. I even have in writing from the
