Aaron was helpful and knowledgeable. When we first went to the store, Aaron was able to pin point some nice floorings with the requirements we needed.
The customer service they provide is amazing.I had an isssue with the first batch of baseboard and shoe molding delivery in which we did not receive the right size for our baseboards. Aaron was able to prepare another batch of baseboards with similar style of design we wanted within a short period of time despite the holiday rush.

Had great service at Flooring Liquidator. Angela was extremely helpful and answered all my questions with a smile. Pricing was also competitive and selection was fantastic as they had lots of selection in the showroom. Would definitely recommend them if you’re looking for flooring with great service.

Seriously Aaron, Angela, Sam and all the contractors involved were super nice and helpful. It was a bit of a nightmare to see our new floors starting to buckle two days after just being installed, but once I let the team know, Aaron the superstar he was, contacted me right away to let me know that there was a manufacturing defect in the floors causing the buckling and helped to rectify the situation quickly. We had to choose a new floor but our new floors are looking even better then before. They are very knowledgeable and were able to answer all of my many questions and concerns.

I highly recommend this store. Aaron was helpful, knowledgable and gave me good suggestions based on what I was looking for and within my price range. I visited other flooring stores and was ignored or just told let me know what you want, there was to much choice and I could never work out what I needed. Aaron took my wish list and showed me a few options based on my budget as well as explaining the differences between them. Couple that with quick easy delivery and the stress of finding floors for my new house was gone. Thanks flooring liquidators and thanks to Arron and the whole team.

My family and I have been to this location on a previous visit and the service and assistance we received was top notch and that hasn't changed in the years we last visited. When we entered the showroom, we were met by Angela who was professional, attentive and incredibly knowledgeable of the products available. She really provided valuable information and took the time to listen to our needs. I have no doubt we'll be ordering flooring from this company in the very near future!

DO NOT GET YOUR FLOORING HERE! Literally the worst customer experience. I bought from the Steeles location. I was sold a product, and paid for that product. I get a call a few days later saying "Oh by the way, what you purchased isn't actually as thick as what you were told, hope that's ok". UM?!?!?!?! After I already made the purchase!?!?! I let that go, and waited for the delivery which I was charged $120 for. I told them when I paid for the delivery (and it was notated on my receipt) that I needed a van to deliver my order, as it needed to fit in an underground garage

Picked up vinyl material for stairs reno. Great customer service. Helped with picking up perfect family friendly material for first time buyer for stair reno. Picked up stairs treds and risers. Great quality. Also comes with 30 yrs of residence warranty which is a big piece of mind. Highly recommended.

I want to commend the staff (both Aaron & Angela) for their professionalism and excellent customer service. Being a first timer looking for engineered wood flooring, they were courteous, patient, helpful and full of knowledge and advice. Yorkdale location is the best location of all the Flooring Liquidators I visited. I recommend them highly!

I must say that the flooring product is wonderful. The customer service is okay and requires lots of follow up to get anywhere. The contractors are great but it was a real struggle to get the trims in.
We went through started the process in mid Dec2019 and the demo and floor install was in by the end of the month. We were hit with a few delays due to the contractors having some issues with their vehicle and I’m surprised there isn’t a spare.
We had some tile work which was by another contractor. Luckily, the flooring and tile installer knew each other and communicated well their expectations

We bought hardwood floor from them. The price and quality was ok and Simon was helpful on the day we shopped.
However or trouble started on the delivery date because they use the worst delivery service (costs $80) I have experienced: Fedlog Express. First they didn't even deliver within the time slot agreed upon 9am -1pm and didn't even call to notify us that they are running late. When we called they simply said they can't do it on that day. Then they called back with a scheduled delivery time of 3pm. At 3pm got another call to say they can't do 3pm. Ultimately they came at

Despite the name "Flooring Liquidators", the products are supposed to be first quality rather than "seconds". However, the ceramic tile I bought for my new bathroom turned out to have a hidden defect that was not discovered until it was too late.
