The owner, Tim is very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. The materials purchased for our basement and kitchen floors were second to none. They have lasted for years without a scratch or chip.

Exceptional service! It is worth the wait when they are busy in the store. I ended up with a completely different colour scheme (and a most unusual tile) after discussion my needs with Tim, and on my next visit Sonya. Bathroom looks fantastic. I had several questions while the project was on going, and everyone who answered the phone gave their full attention to finding out the information I needed, even those gentlemen that I met at the loading dock. We will definitely return to Dynamic when we do our next project!

And we searched all tile stores in the Jane area and even Markham and this store had the best selections of tiles. They kept their promise to deliver on time and that helped a lot. Absolutely fantastic experience. Friendly, but not overbearing. Very different from most of the tile stores along this strip, most of which were aloof, or seemingly uninterested in selling us tile. The staff at Dyanamic were really helpful in picking out the tiles from their great selection. On top of all that, offered us espresso! We will be coming back here when we redo our kitchen.
