Started by a friendly greeting to viewing options for my shower glass with Julie, having appointment set up for measure and install with Wendy and finally install performed by Ryan & Chris.

This place is an absolute joke. Make sure to read the previous reviews on Simple Spaces. Everything is accurate. They have had 10 months to complete items in our house. Nothing is done. Read that again...10 months to complete shelving and glass...Nothing is done. They book appointments where no one shows up or calls. They expect us to take time off for them, and don't show up. If we didn't pay for everything already, I would have walked away long ago. They are a joke of a company.

I would hope that they would communicate at all. That is how your home would really look like without their product - (too) simple, (just) spaces and not a home solution. Just bare. When you follow up, they will hit you with a back order email where they should have prioritized you since you are waiting the longest but no, they will send you a "delay delivery and will just call to schedule" email reply. - as if you should have availability for them everyday and waiting for the callback, if any. They do not answer phone calls when you follow up. Just so unfortunate that veritable builders take a

Our builder used Simple Spaces for our closet Shelving, shower glass and mirrors. We moved in May 2021 with all of those items for our basement on back order. Fast forward 8 months later our mirror was installed a few weeks ago, we are still waiting on our glass and shelving. The shelving team has now given us two days of waiting around with no actual install and their offices aren't open to follow up on install times.

Product seems good. Website links don't work to plan your closet. So I visited the store on Monday. I was made aware that I should have made an appointment. Kirsten was kind enough to show me the showroom but made me aware that they close in 10 minutes. She ask me to send her an email with the dimensions that I need. When I did not hear from her I went back to the store to asked on Tuesday afternoon, she was not available. I got an email on Wednesday that was not clear to me.

Our builder used Home Solutions to supply the shelving, mirrors and shower doors for our new house. All of these items were back ordered due to supply chain issues so we had to move in without them, which in these times was understandable.
However, THREE months later we still have no shelving in our house and still no timeline of when it will be installed. They've already rescheduled on us twice! The first time - they got their estimates wrong and didn't have enough stock for our house and only told us on the day of the appt after no one showed up. Im not shocked to read others saying it’s impossible to book an installation and that customer service is awful, probably the worst I’ve experienced in a long time.
I booked a mirror install 3 weeks ago and when the day finally came I waited around at home for a tech to show up. First I was told he wouldn’t be out at 1pm as scheduled but would have to be pushed to 2, I reluctantly agreed as I was losing my work day but I need my mirrors and shower glass to complete my home so whatever 1 day waiting was fine to get this done.
2 o’clock finally rolls around and no one has even shown up

We first used Home Solutions for closet organizers for our Shane Home in Airdrie five years ago and they were superb. So when we moved into Calgary in August, we approached Home Solutions for our closet organization needs for our new home.
We were shocked at the lack of customer service right from the start. We tried phoning to talk to the same person we originally used (Julie) but she would neither return calls or answer email inquiries. Finally we decided to visit the showroom in person.

I am was very pleased with the service from beginning to end and absolutely love the closet they did for me. It is everything I was hoping for and more. the installers were very professional and everything was clean before they left. Would highly recommend this company. Much more reasonably priced than the other options I looked into.

Highly recommend Jessica. We are currently building our new home and she was exceptional throughout the process. She made us feel comfortable and welcome, told us exactly what we were getting, what we could upgrade to, how to do it, etc. We will definitely be going with some of her fantastic recommendations.
