I’ve worked for footprints going on 18 months now and I’ve enjoyed working for them since day 1. The management team is amazing, they care about the employees and are very flexible in terms of schedule and time off. The other guards are great to work with, footprints have a great team of security guards.

I’ve worked for this company for five years and they’ve always been great to me. If you have a decent attention span and enjoy walking it’s a fun place to work. They’ve been very flexible with scheduling and shown that they value me as an employee. I feel quite happy working for this company. Having a positive mindset helps with any job, but I have no complaints, it’s a well run place.

As someone who has worked here for about 1 year, I can say from experience that this is a job that gives back whatever you put in. If you take initiative and show a real interest in the security of clients, you will be put at more important sites and recognized and rewarded accordingly with the amount of effort you put in.

Just watched one of their drivers rip around a corner and almost take out a motorcycle. Driver didn't even slow down to see if motorcycle was okay. No business behind the wheel. This happened at 1 am on Interurban.

They hire guards who cant appear in clean attire or smelling respectable . nor can these people do a job correctly. While not EVERYONE at this company is this way.. Theres at least 1/3 rd of the company you do NOT want at your site. Rrecommend to be careful when hiring from these guys. SOME of their people are not able to be professional enough. And others are dirty backstabbing rumormongerers that enjoy other people being in pain. They are discriminatory against some disabled people who work ( past or present) for them and they dont give support for them when they need it the most.

Lol, don't ever work here. The operation is actually entertaining in how comically bad it is. Adrian Collery puts on this whole positive approach persona to fool you into thinking he is anything other than a sociopath looking to wring every dollar he can out of you. Adrian himself is enough reason to avoid this company with his horribly fake persona, empty promises, and total avoidance of any concern you may have...nevermind the terribly incompetent management and constant drama amongst the guards. You will be given the lowest conceivable wages in all positions, no benefits whatsoever, and witness
