Goldray is committed to providing outstanding service to our customers. We work on the premise of " your inspiration, our innovation" and many of our most spectacular projects have been created based on the vision of either an individual or group of forward thinkers. Graphics on Glass encompasses a variety of products; Digital Printing and Silkscreened Ceramic Frit.
Goldray's Digital Printing process is a technology that applies ceramic ink directly onto glass in much the same way that an inkjet printer prints onto paper. This solution allows the designer to create multi-color or photographic images for either monolithic or laminated installations. Ceramic frit designs are fused on to the glass surface during the tempering process.
Goldray's Silkscreened Ceramic Frit is an enamel ink that is applied to the glass and permanently fused to the surface at temperatures in excess of 1200°F. Multiple colors, effects and patterns can be created. When design detail and budget are important, this product is the most cost-effective, flexible and durable way of applying decoration to glass.

This company thrives on unethical practices. First they overcharge for there products by comparison to all other competitors. Then they repeated harass you for deposit payments before you are ready to place your order. When they don't receive the advanced payment on their schedule even though you are the client, they go behind your back to your customer! Goldray products are no different to others in the industry and in some cases they are inferior. They have done an excellent job marketing themselves and presenting at architectural shows which has resulted in more architects specifying their products

I have been hauling glass over to Goldray for about 14 years. It has been a very good experience dealing with there staff in the warehouse as well as the office threw Nicole Cote who is the go to person when there a has been problems on the delivery side or receiving problems or difficulties are resolved and solved very quickly an excellent person for in charge

What an impressive company and plant. From its design teams to all the plant operators. It is actually amazing to see just how their products are produced from beginning to end. And the work very impressive. To know they've travelled the world to bring in equipment to produce the best product was also interesting. Im not sure about the other 2 reviews...sounds like disgruntled workers maybe. ..my experience was very good.

The expectation was high when hired but quickly failed. I was layed off while on sick leave via email without so much as a phone call from my superior, the staff is penalized for poor company management and poor money management, no direction, no proper training program in place, ultimately no care for the customer or client. Management and ownership need to step back and realize that they have some really amazing people working hard for them and those people should be treated respectfully not like pions.

Edit: Isn't it really surprising that when I make the only negative report on google, that it is flooded by a number of 5 star reviews almost immediately after? Obvious fraud. Shameful Company.
This company is failing, badly. Their Barrie location is managed by a secretary acting as General Manager, a 21 year old shop supervisor and no other leadership. They have lost multiple large customers because of poor leadership/supervision and their staff cannot get the job done correctly, and have recently laid off half of their staff in both the Barrie and Calgary locations.

I had the honor to work closely with Goldray Glass in Calgary as a supplier for the last 7 years. All the hours spend in the factory I never heard anyone say a bad word about the company and/or the leadership. Being in the production line never felt like working – it was always the feeling being one of “the family “– everyone is treated with respect and pulled on the same rope to achieve one goal.
