Helpful on the phone about product info, but archaic ordering system (can't just order over the phone, they send you a credit card form that you send back to them, resulting in lots of back and forth). Reason for one star is that I had to change my bathroom plan when I got new info from contractor, so I called to see if it was possible to cancel the order -they said yes, and didn't say there was a restocking fee -which would have been a factor in my decision making. Then I received an email detailing the refund and a very large restocking fee. I challenged this and received no response whatsoever
