Services
We manufacture ballistic, bullet-resistant, and forced entry glass for a number of applications in Canada, the United States, and parts of Africa. Our glass is certified by HP White Laboratories Inc, and can be certified and validated to custom specifications. Our bullet-resistant glass has been used for protection of dignitaries at the G20 summit in Toronto, and has been used in the Gurkahs, a car used in the Iraqi war.
For over 15 years, we have provided precision water jet cut parts for the aerospace industry. We have an Intertek-certified quality management system, and our staff is available to create custom programs for CNC machines. We have the ability to work with numerous materials, including copper, steel, titanium, and metal shim.

I placed an order a month ago, and nobody called me to let me know if it’s ready yet.
So when I called to check on my order they told me they didn’t even started it.
They wasted so much of my time.
If they don’t want to do their job then they should not take your order.
Nothing changed over here.
Terrible customer service.

This is my first time ever writing a review....I never write reviews but one was needed for this situation. I ordered a glass table to put on our dining table. The glass arrived on April 1 (Holy Thursday) at around 3:30 -4PM. I wanted to clean the glass to make sure that everything was okay but the employee that dropped off the glass advised that because the glass was cold I should wait before wiping. At this time I was more focused on making sure the corners and the additional piece were the right shape and size. A couple hours later after I wiped the glass I noticed that there was a chip/ damaged

I am conflicted about this review because the quality of the work I received is just BEAUTIFUL and my customer is extremely happy with the look of it. What I have a problem with, and why they lost 2 stars with me is because there customer service is SERIOUSLY horrible. They don't return calls and they seem to deliver late on due dates.
I ordered 2 of the murals in the attached photo with them, I had the art printed and I gave it to them to put into tempered glass. I went with them because they promised I could have the first one ready for a certain date. My company does elevator interiors and
