The Steam Guy uses a professional strength cleaning degreaser designed for water compliances. It rapidly converts Fats, Oils, and Grease to sewer safe by-products. It auto neutralizes on contact with Fats, Oils, and Grease. Safe for the environment. The kitchen exhaust cleaning industry traditionally uses yards of plastic to tarp the inside of your kitchen hood system in order to control splash-back of grease laden water.
