They Ordered the wrong HVAC unit. way if the business it services. Won't service unit. Unit needs to be cranes off roof and replaced. In the other rental unit they can't fix as well and we are just the tenants.
Nothing but excuses for their inability to fix either units. Totally waste of money 12 k for a roof unit that's not usable. We ordered one company and they sent another. The owner refuses to service a warrantied product and have cost our tenants thousands in lost revenue. Other companies already quoted $9000 to fix their garbage install. I have all documentation I case anyone
