Every Westridge employee has the right to a safe and healthy workplace. The personal health and safety of each employee of Westridge is of primary importance. The prevention of occupationally induced injuries and illness is of such consequence that it will where necessary be given priority over operating productivity.
Westridge has spent the last 32 years building solid, fair, and meaningful relationships with the subcontractors that we engage with. We work and live in the same communities as most of our subcontractors, and often sit on the same association boards, where we work together to forward the interests of our industry.
