A few months back we used S&J to replace every toilet in our home and then instal 2 sets of bathroom taps. Very satisfied. Just this week one of the tap handles was loose and the off position was out of alignment. I sent a short email, and not only did they immediately respond and take ownership of this minor issue, they had someone out in a few short hours to correct it.
I was satisfied with the initial instal and very impressed with the follow-up! Support local business and business owners that live in our community.

Critical: Quality
This Plumber Came to my home to figure out an issue and did not find anything and gave a false report saying they did. which is now causing me a lot of issues . I had to hire another plumber who did the job properly and actually found the issue out. I do not recommend this company at all.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They quoted 180 for unclogging the drain, since they charge a two hour minimum labor... after 45 min of running a snake down the drain they ask for 280 for labor, helper and materials. They were not being upfront with additional surcharges. After talking to Jonathan, he cut out the helper cost, but he would not honor the quote we were given and asked for 245.
They take cash payments without receipts - which is very shady... we wanted to pay by credit card, but they didn't have a credit card machine...

I required a valve replacement on a property that required shutoff at the towns side. Jonathon was very flexible in being available once the water was off and work ready to be done. Overall a good experience. The price was as quoted and the area left clean upon completion.

I found this plumber to be honest sounding on the phone which is why I hired them. They came by and did good work, I was pleased with the outcome. However, after reviewing the bill I realized that they were dishonest with the amount of time they spent at my place and seemed to have overcharged me. After calling to speak with them on the phone they sounded accommodating and honest again, willing to provide clarity on what was billed and why. But they then followed up with a text message saying that they felt they had provided what's required. Overall I left feeling ripped off when all I wanted was
