Our furnace died yesterday. Ryan came shortly after we called for help even though he was not scheduled to come until after 5pm. Due to the floods, the parts that we need were scarce but he found one that might work and came first thing in the morning to install it. When it did not fit, he send space heaters for us at no cost until the part could be ordered. Amazing customer service. Wightman cares for their customers. I highly recommend them!!

My Girlfriend and I bought and new house and needed a Gas Installation for the BBQ. After getting a Ridiculous Quote we did our research and Gene from Wightman gave us a complete Quote. We hired Wightman and installer Danny came to the house and drilled the hole and installed the Gas Line in a very Professional and Polite manner. The City of Kelowna arrived today to inspect the line and gave the installation a 100 % approval rating.
Danny had to climb down into the crawl space and lie on my Crawler and install about 40 ft of line. The Inspector from the City of Kelowna was very impressed with

I have used their services 3 times in the last 11 years we have lived in our home and can say that all the technicians have been outstanding. Furnace failed on the coldest day of year and it was back and running in less than 2 hours. Pricing was fair. Ryan did a great job and made sure that all was good before he left.

I was very impressed with the service from Wightman Mechanical. The receptionist who booked the appointment along with the mechanic Ryan (who attended on a weekend) were both very professional and understanding to my situation. Ryan was very thorough and made sure our pool heater was working before he left. He also checked in with me over the next couple days to make sure it continued to work. The level of service he provided was over and above what I was expecting. I would highly recommend this company and thank you to Ryan for providing outstanding service.

I just had an A/C service that was a standard $99.00 charge and needed a part replaced. After it was repaired successfully in less than an hour, I googled the part they replaced to check the markup they charge. It was on the bill at $179.00, I found many on the web ranging from $18.00 to $38.00. A 500+% markup.
That I feel is a disgusting markup and just a total rip-off. BE AWARE
