The Lenchyshyn family owns and operates a family-based business' namely Cold Country Spray Foam and their most recent concrete lifting division, Slab-Jack Kings. Initially they started with their son Christopher and as the business expanded, their son Jeremy was added to the staff. Just recently, their daughter Amy has joined the team.
These were our first two under-slab insulation projects completed for this specific client. Walk-in coolers or freezers are to be situated on top of this slab upon our completion of work to avoid a conventional means of insulating the floor that would be inconvenient. Polyurethane concrete lifting is a cost-effective alternative to replacing concrete. Concrete raising can usually be done for less than half the cost of pouring new concrete. However, the savings may be even greater, since when concrete lifting/raising, the costs of demolition, removal and intense landscaping are eliminated.
While we do use much smaller and fewer injection holes, this does NOT mean we cover a smaller area within each injection point. It means the exact opposite! Due to the fact that our foam is injected as a two-part liquid, it has the ability to travel in a much larger radius from the injection hole before it expands becomes a dense foam.

Chris and his team at Slab-Jack Kings performed a lifting of our commercial floor about nine month ago and the initial interaction from the office to the estimator and Chris and his team was excellent. Nine months later, I had to request a re pump as an area that was treated had sunk. Once again the response and work was excellent showing that the after care service is as high. These are the reasons why Slab-Jack Kings have a 5 star rating.

Slab Jack Kings definitely exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend them for lifting/leveling your driveway. They were quick and the quality of their work is outstanding. My driveway and sidewalk look great. Much better value than other options I investigated. And last but certainly not least, Amy is fantastic to deal with. The initial work was performed in fall 2020. Our initial request was to level a sidewalk but it soon devolved into levelling the double driveway at the recommendation of the estimator. There was no observable issue with the driveway but we went with the recommendation. That was a big mistake. Initially we observed the levelling work was satisfactory. However in the spring 2021 we noticed several long networks of cracks in our otherwise intact driveway. Majority of cracks originate at the holes drilled into a previously perfectly intact cement driveway.The cracks are extensive and when I approached

These guys know exactly what they're doing! We needed to lift our concrete in floor heat line slab floor house 8 inches in one corner and about 5 inches opposite end. They came in and immediately worked on the place at 8:30 in the morning and we're done by 2 in the afternoon. They explained every step of the process and it made it so more enjoyable. It's not like it's a bucket list to lift up your home but these guys put our minds at ease. Our 60 year old home is perfectly level after decades of trees that affected its level. Raised my garage floor 6", restored proper slope to floor drain and patched resulting cracks. Took about 2.5 hours total; minimal noise, zero mess, barely any evidence of holes drilled. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Results were better than expected; saved me thousands compared to pouring new concrete. Very impressed; highly recommended. Even the neighbors were stunned at the difference. Have to get used to the proper, higher step walking into the garage now; incredible how much weight the foam can lift. Added bonus of having the garage floor insulated from beneath now too

Excellent experience. Highly recommended. They happened to be in the general area where I live, 3 hours away from Wpg. They gave me a quote based on pictures I sent and was good with quote.
