I called this place because it was near my home. They took my call and redirected it to Sharpline Heating and Cooling, which was a miserable experience that ended in no new AC after two weeks of false promises.
After this, Absolute called back to offer another technician. They explained they had misunderstood what kind of unit I lived in when they had sent Sharpline the first time, as Sharpline specializes in large apartments while we live in a town house condo. This second tech took one look at our place and decided he couldn't do it, much better than Sharpline, but still a waste of time.

Great experience from start to finish. The service and prices that Absolute Heating and Cooling provided me were the best for my home, and gave me recommendations for different units depending on what I was looking for specifically. I was able to not only get a great deal and quality customer service on my end, but I learned a lot more about which units are beneficial for price/quality purposes. Their technician arrived on time and completed the installation without any issues whatsoever. Highly recommend to anyone looking to replace their preexisting unit!!

Well I must say I was attracted by the price of an A/C unit and professionalism by Sarah the owner. I decided to try Absolute and was totally pleased. They arrived on time. Did a quality installation and cleaned up when they were done. Sarah and her husband dropped by the next day to ensure I was happy. I would highly recommend Absolute to anyone and everyone. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends and family.

When my furnace got broken and winter was on it's way I needed a Furnace fast. My family was on a budget and we needed a good furnace for a good price. I was in the Mississauga Flea Market and spotted them I told them I needed a new Furnace and was on a budget. They understood my problems and gave me a good price.
