They were all very nice and accommodating. And as for them having to be in your home on a regular basis ... Before long they no longer seemed like "strangers"... just friends we hadn't met yet!!
I'd say their workmanship is worth the $$$ Also if it so happened that you thought there to be even the slightest imperfection they would gladly have it done to your liking; to ensure you were happy with the end result.
I'd highly recommended these talented men, as they indeed no their craft!

Fantastic experience with Dan and his team. They were concise, professional and very easy to deal with. The attention to detail and care they took with our project really impressed us as did the way they explained what they were doing. Dan was also great at offering opinions and suggestions during the process. He really understood our somewhat unique vision. It was a great experience and the finished bathroom is stunning. Highly recommend!

After ripping up some old carpet and exposing a sketchy subfloor, we wanted some professional help/guidance installing new nursery floors.
Dan was responsive, helpful and professional throughout the entire process, from recommending a high-quality luxury vinyl plank flooring brand (and vendor), to answering numerous questions about levelling, and fixing loud creaks. (And even several Qs about unrelated projects!)
He made the entire process easy, sealing, back-screwing and levelling the subfloor, and installing the new vinyl planks and baseboards for us. We couldn't be happier with the result

He’s the first knowledgeable contractor I’ve spoken to (and I spoke with too many!) that actually KNOWS his stuff, and took the time to explain everything I wanted to know. Dan and his team came in to complete an already started renovation project (of another contractor that we were not at all happy with) and they were exceptional. They kept the lines of communication open before, during and after the project. While in our home they were so friendly, polite and worked CLEAN! Their work was detailed and they addressed any concerns we did have with professionalism. We have many more upcoming projects and we are confident that Pivato will be the ones completing the work for us.

My husband and I decided to redo our kids' bathroom. Problem was that we did most of the work ourselves and we needed someone to help us finish the job. So, we asked Daniel, the owner of Pivato Contracting, for help. Despite the fact that it was not a big job, we he decided to help. He gave us a lot of good and useful advice and we were amazed at the level of his knowledge. I sincerely recommend the Pivato Contracting and hope to have them back for other projects.

Everyone at Pivato is absolutely amazing. They are professional, highly skilled, personable, and extremely pleasant to work with/alongside. They very much have the attitude and skills to work as a "team" with a homeowner. I was blown away by their outstanding work and joy with life. Pivato Contracting came to my home to complete a dry bar project, tile work in my laundry room and a complete build of a mudroom bench unit. I could not be happier with the final results. Dan and his crew were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, detail oriented and left at the end of each day with a clean work area.
