We have used RKS Electric on two occasions since moving to Walkerton in June of last year. We had ceiling fans and light fixtures installed, and Mitch and Charlie were able to repair a light over the basement stairs that had been disconnected, for some reason, which was so helpful to us. Just recently, we had coach lamps installed over the double garage doors. They did a perfect job, carefully measuring and spacing, so that the lamps are identically placed, and the driveway is now lit up beautifully. We are so pleased. While here, Mitch also gave us some great ideas for exterior lighting and outlets

Called to have my exhaust fan serviced. They offered to come same day but based on my schedule they came the next day. They were on time and fixed the issue. Highly recommend. Only issue was that they were hard to contact. I didn't get any answer on the main phone number so I called the emergency line.

Promptly arranged a time to come after my initial call to the office. Worked around my schedule. Their guys did great work and in a very timely manner. Having been a realtor for 10 yrs, its difficult in my area to get good reliable tradespeople to come out quickly. They not only came quickly, they did good work. I was really impressed overall. Very professional and courteous too! Will definitely recommend and use again!

Totally satisfied with the customer service (Blair, Nathan and Nolan) as well as the work completed. Timely response to my call and good explanation of the issues and solution.
