Friendly on customer service side, but triple mix product is a sore disappointment. With all the farms around one would expect the organic portion of the mix to be cow or sheep manure, instead it appears to be sourced from a waste recycling facility. The amount of plastic bag and various other little pieces of plastic and trash in it are appalling.
