Services
Here at Walker Construction we ensure a safety first ethos. We believe a safe and healthy environment in which to work, is of utmost importance. This is reflected by our highly celebrated Behavioral Safety programme. To nurture a zero accident environment the programme is coordinate by our highly skilled and experienced safety team.
Our success as a business cannot be measured solely by financial performance and we recognise that our reputation for conducting business with integrity and respect is equally critical.
As well as having the right structures and processes in place, it is important that our people focus on 'what' they do, and 'how' they do it; we need to behave in ways that support us to be effective, competitive and make the experience of working together one which people want to be a part of.

We see our supply chain as far more than just sub-contractors, suppliers and consultants. We go above and beyond to select the right contractor. Walker Construction continually strive to establish new partnerships and collaborations, bolstering existing long-term relationships that achieve the greatest results whilst continually striving for improvement.

My apartments are currently undergoing a major renovation under Walker construction. The workers are disrespectful, sloppy and unprofessional. They are constantly littering, driving recklessly through the parking lot, speaking inappropriately and leaving tools and materials all over the place. There are a lot of children, elderly and disabled individuals living in the complex which inlays the problem. I suggest contracting with companies that actually have enough common sense to be responsible for the projects their working on and respectful of the tenants.
