The Confederation Place Hotel is located in downtown Kingston on the waterfront of Lake Ontario. The parking garage of the Confederation Place Hotel is in the basement of this six-story. As construction manager, we apply our expertise in value engineering and construction costs before design work is finalized.
Our organization is flexible and flat, with a single layer of management. Our President, Rod Pollock, oversees daily field operations and communicates directly with our talented project managers, supervisors, subcontractors, clients and staff. This streamlined structure allows us to work efficiently and make prompt decisions, eliminating supplemental time and costs from your budget.

We are registered with the Infrastructure Health & Safety Association (IHSA) for the Certificate of Recognition (COR) Program - A nationally recognized program that holds health and safety management systems to a strict standard.
