Brian, from the Edmonton, Alberta office was very responsive by telephone and email to my many questions. I called on a Friday about a ground wasp nest and another possible nest underneath our deck, the underside of which is inaccessible. Jesse, a very thorough technician, was here on Monday morning. He spent considerable time here locating the wasp ground nest and sprayed it. He also carefully and thoroughly checked through the cracks between deck boards where we had occasionally seen a bee or wasp fly through and we suspected there might be a nest there, but nothing was seen. I am very impressed

My experience with this company has been extremely positive. I have a wheelchair handicapped husband, so when I discovered bed bugs in my home, I was extremely concerned.
Brian came to do an inspection, and confirmed my suspicion. He know bed bugs so well I am sure I heard him say "This is an adult female and her name is Stacey" lol.
We decided to treat the whole house using the heat treatment. Heat kills them, their eggs, any spiders, flies, mosquitos and even corona virus. No furniture needed to be discarded, and treatment did exactly what they said it would do.

Very unprofessional and the service did not do the job. My unit has been treated the second time, i still have bed bugs in my unit. They will never agree to their agreement and they will never return or response to your call.
Instead of solving my problem, this company has created more problem than i could handle. Wasted $2500 for two treatment. Have broken closets, beds, and fridge. when called for reimbursement, i was told that they think that i did not prepare enough my unit, hence the warranty on the service is void. and they are not responsible for the breakage of my property.
