Short version - at best Bald Eagle does not care about quality or its customers, at worst they are dishonest and actively overcharging.
I am quite unsatisfied with the service recieved for what I thought would be a simple job. I initially called on Monday July 12th to get a technician to come fix the leaking drain in the main floor bathroom. That evening someone did come by, but left after assessing the requirements as it was already 5 pm, informing the tenant that they would return Tuesday the 13th.
On the 13th, my tenant sent me a message that the technician did not return, and they did not

TERRIBLE! Bald Eagle used to be the top dog in town. The manager is a totally ignorant jersey! They won't warranty their work at all. Paid 300 for them to place a phone call to the town office. Still leaking, refused to even look at it or let me explain. Says he has 1000 customers so who cares if he loses 1. Called me names and yelled at me. Do not recommend ever!!!

Aldo came and installed our dishwasher, in no time flat! And then the problems started. The billing wasn't made clear to us and the bill came with a charge for kilometers to the house and back to their shop which was incorrect and an extra 2 hours of labor which they claimed was from their shop to our house and back. Neither of those charges made any sense to us and we still haven't gotten a resolution, so hire at your own risk!

We have had Bald Eagle Plumbing and Heating to our home on 3 different occasions 1 for furnace repair, 1 for in-floor heat Boiler repair and 1 for Air Conditioner repair. Mitch attended our farm for the Furnace and AC and another fellow (sorry can't remember his name) attended to our Boiler. Both were great - fully explained the issue and repair required - fast work and super response time. Brenda in the office is also great!

This plumbing service is horrible! I HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND to ask any installation or repair on this. They over charged and not consistent in their words.
My husband asked for a repair of 2 toilets . He phoned this BALD Heating company. Dallas came to check what needs to be done. I asked how much it would cost to fix the 2 toilets, he answered .” That wouldn’t take time to install. It would cost you $300-$400 only including the cost of $95 / hr labour.
We decided not to change the other toilet instead, I asked to just simply connect the vanity sink which I bought for $68 sales

We called Bald Eagle at 5 p.m. on Monday after experiencing a sewer back up. They called at 8:30 the next morning, arranged to come from Drayton Valley to Whitecourt and were on the job by 10 AM. Very friendly professional workers , they were able to unplug the sewer line, send a camera down, save the video and give some advice on how to handle the repairs needed. I would not hesitate to call them again.

I would 100% stay away from this company. I was given an estimate to repair my ac unit for $1300 with the assurance they would review the bill at end. Final invoice came in at $1420 before tax. As the $1300 was high to begin with I called back asking if they would at least come down to the $1300. In speaking with one of the owner's, Roy, I was continually interrupted, talked down to, and at one point he stated he would be willing to "meet me" alluding to wanting to fight. I have never encountered this type of unprofessionalism from an owner let alone an employee and do not feel any customer should

The worst plumbing company I've ever dealt with. They can't do there job properly and they over charge. How can a "professional" company get away with charging for 2 laborers for a 1 laborer job plus charge for 2 hours when they were only here for 20 minutes? This is absolutely disgusting. When I talked to the manager about it he was demeaning and rude towards me, swearing and raising his voice at me. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. Shame on you.
