Contemporary style casement and awning windows deliver maximum ventilation as well as optimum efficiency against air Infiltration. With screens on the interior, casement and awning window sashes open out to allow for ventilation. Effortlessly opening and closing for ventilation with the turn of a crank handle, also allowing the option to clean the glass from inside.
Traditional style combined with current QSI SMARTComfort technology and ease of cleaning, double-hung and single-hung replacement windows deliver beauty, comfort, less maintenance along with added security. Order two entry doors and an 8' sliding patio door back in September 2020 with a very large upfront deposit and it is now May 2021 and we are still waiting for the doors and the installation.
Since the purchase to Nordik the service has fallen downhill. I'd suggest looking elsewhere because I'm forced to now chase for my refund or my doors

QSI isn't the same since they were acquired by Nordik.
Service after the sale is absolutely lacking. Had problems with my awning and patio door.
It took over a week and had to complain just to get the service department to call me back and book appointment. Tech didn't show up for first appointment - I had to alter my work schedule to accommodate the Tech two times, once for the missed appointment then for the appointment he actually showed up.
Part ordered for door and QSI had to contact awning manufacturer for awning issue. Over eight weeks later, still haven't heard back from QSI. Called

OK but not great and some frustrations. Warranty is great but work and communication were careless at times. Service had to come back several times mainly since the glass itself had markings or defects and to fix sloppy caulking. At least those people were friendly and were able to fix over time problem areas. At install time no tarps or covers were used and sharp pieces of metal from cutting edging were all over my property. I'm glad I found them before my kids did, there were over 20 sharp metal triangle shaped pieces. Also plastic cut off tips from caulking were all over my property as well

We had a dozen windows installed February 2020 by QSI. Since then their customer service has been terrible. No follow up. We've got windows that require servicing, and we're left on our own.
I would not recommend them. Move on

After the installation of over 7000$ for three new doors in January 2020, I realized that a gap was left between the frame and the fascia . I contacted QSI to have the problem resolved and the woman told me they were shut down for COVID-19 but as soon as they start working again I will be a priority. After opening I contacted the service department leaving numerous messages. It has taken them 3 weeks to get back to me and now they are unable to work around my schedule to fix the problem they created 6 months ago. Also the woman told me they are too busy because they are merging three companies

I went with QSI after a friend recommended them even though they were at the high end of the price estimates. Long story short, install was delayed and they never contacted me . And the "premium" sealants they tell you you're getting when they quote you well....look at the photos. Whenever I call the office I get a answering machine half the time, and just speaking to my father he question why 3 windows were missing caulking and the installer said that's just for bugs....he wasnt going to caulk until my dad said again to do it. I will not use or reccomend QSI in the future.

Just had my upstairs windows replaced. My experience with QSI has been wonderful right from when I first called them. I had a hard time getting anyone to come to Dunnville but they promptly came out and I had a very professional presentation and a quote right then. I was told it would be about 8 weeks for the install and it was right on. The installers were polite and they did a meticulous job and left my house spotless. Highly recommended.

Will never use again and not recommend anyone to this so called professional window place
We had our consultation he was over an hour late.
Measured all the windows twice when they finally did show almost 2 months later they didn't have one window. It wasn't out on contract after measuring twice.
Doung my son's window they broke his Gumball machine.
Waiting for reimbursement.
They showed up over a month and a half and out in last window.
There is no communication between office and installers.
Guy asked for money and I didn't have and he stood there till called boyfriend. So tell me if we

Well you know the saying " you get what you pay for". Well with QSI that should be their motto. The windows and doors are more pricier than other places but well worth it. Tripple pane windows oak trim, they look great. We bought a bow window in the front that's 10 feet wide. When it was installed I had people stop and say your window looks amazing, and I had to agree. Great place would, and do always, recommend them.

We had a sales rep come in, sat down with us for 2 hours going over everything. We're getting our entire house done, 13 windows and a new back sliding door. The rep even took pictures of the outside of our house to give us a photoshop look of the large bay window outside, since we had multiple designs in mind.
He left on that Friday, and said we'd have our quote next week by Tuesday. Well, its now been over a month, and after countless emails asking him for that quote, we got completely ignored. Not even a phone call back. I guess our $20k + project wasn't good enough? Needless to say, we moved

Had every window and door replaced in 2 stages this year. Love my beautiful wood grain and decorative glass windows and sidelights, love my blind in glass sliding doors and side door, the salesman was honest and upfront with me and gave me suggestions which I thoroughly appreciated. Love the look of all the new windows, no more noise, no more wind, and most of all I can actually see out of the windows. My biggest appreciation goes to the installation teams, they were respectful, professional and did a superb job. I was here for the first round of installation back in March, but couldn't be
