I have had numerous problems with this system. Camera's don't always work, touch screen regularly freezes as the alarm goes off. I recently was robbed twice and the camera recorded 15 seconds and then stopped recording anything. The other camera somehow didn't capture a vehicle actually parking on my driveway. Second time the camera's were conveniently were down because of the security router's connection issue. All other Wifi connections were fine, luckily I was home and I did not lose any connection except the cameras that were down all morning without my knowledge. The hardware is more expensive

This system has been nothing but issues. I have 4 cameras and one is supposed to record all the time and it doesn’t I have had people standing in front of my door and it hasnt picked up on the motion. I have had 2 of the 4 cameras replaced and still not working properly. I have booked time off from work for technicians to see what is wrong and they’ve told me there is nothing wrong and clearly there is when I leave my house and it doesn’t catch the motion. I have called & complained they reboot the system and then it starts working again but only until the next outage Just recently what prompted

Very happy with my new voice notification home alarm system with Rogers. The voice activated system notifies us which door is opened. Great for parents with little kids. Fantastic customer service and straight forward monthly monitoring fee. I like that it is a family business and they care about the work they do.
