Our story began in 2008 when experienced journeyman plumber and Grande Prairie local, Keith Fenske, started Silvertip Plumbing. After five years of building an expert team and establishing a client base in the Peace Region, Silvertip grew into something more than just plumbing. Keith and crew were handling a variety of technical services for homes and businesses repairs.
Silvertip proudly serves the communities of the Peace Region. We're available throughout the installation and servicing process as well as ongoing support for any follow up questions or concerns. We also offer emergency afterhours calls and our office lines are always forwarded to an on-call plumber when our office isn't open.
Our team at Silvertip is dedicated to the longevity of your household products and systems. Follow through is an important part of the service we provide. We offer ongoing maintenance contracts for furnaces and boilers for whatever interval works best for you-tri-monthly, annually, every other year, and so on.
Kinetico water treatment systems have a long lifespan. Depending on what system you install, your product's information package will outline the Kinetico warranty and guarantee. All this detailed information is included with your installation, and we will happily walk you through the specifics before purchasing.

Silvertip Plumbing had great customer service.
I had to add to the tank capacity a second time. The first time they were quite helpful with adding 2 tanks. The second time they charged quite a bit more for adding 3 tanks and they admitted they gave me a discount the first time but did not want to honor the same price the second time. Sadly, I'll just have to get me new tanks out of Edmonton and stop using these guys.

I have used them several times and have never been disappointed. They recently used their camera to view my sewer line. The camera also has a built-in locator so we could easily mark the sewer line location in the yard and pinpoint the exact area that needed to be exposed. These guys have State of the Art Technology and very experienced staff. I highly recommend them for any project.

Had the hot water tank go and leak water all over the basement. While cleaning up the mess, called Silvertip and booked a service call to replace the tank so I could get the water up and running again.
I called about 9am for service and they were at my house, with a new tank, by 1pm. The technician, Ben, was friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. New tank installed in no time. Even had a catch tray, complete with the drain piping, put in to avoid the mess if the tank ever goes again.
This was a great company to deal with. From the lady who took my call and info, to Ben who came out and did

These crooks had 4 people they to sell me a new water heater before they even knew its age or what was broken. When I insisted that come look at it first, they became rude and pushy, threatening a large bill and saying I'll probably end up having to replace it soon anyway. (Turns out my unit was only 7 years old). After I ate the cost of their guy installing the wrong part the first time, and the interest they tacked in without warning, my bill was $1000 for a minor and routine job. These people are crooks.

Had to wait a little bit due to staff shortage but so glad I waited. I went with the company originally as they gave me an honest quote for my hot water tank removal, let me know what could influence the price, unlike other I had emailed. Turned out to be a quick change super reasonable price (saved us $200 from the flat quote people) brought a debit machine so I didn't have to go down to the offices. So happy to have hot water again, thanks guys!

I've got to give a big shout out to the great people at Silvertip Plumbing today. Ryan and his helper were super fast and did a good job, it also was less than i was thinking it would be. Never disrespect a person who works in trades, it's how my parents kept a roof over our heads and food on the table.

These fellows saved me a heap of stress today. After having my previous plumber be a no show and reschedule me 5 days time to do my hot water tank I was able to have someone at my house within two hours of me calling from Silvertip. The install is cheaper than I was previous quoted elsewhere. I am very happy and will call here if I have any further water issues..
