Nadia was very kind and helpful to us. She gave us what are actually one of the best prices from everywhere that we looked for bathroom sinks. They have a lot of stock and her professional opinion as a kitchen designer helped us a lot. Definitely recommend for shopping or even only for a place that you can get a good advice.

We hired this company since we had them do our bathroom three years earlier. Judging on our past experience with getting a quote, timeline, and workmanship we definitely hired them again. We had worked a bit with Lina before and Jonathan was new to us, but they helped incredibly with our choices and the building of the pantry side since there were some unique angles and spaces in this older home, we needed some professional help here. We also knew the installer Wes and Sebastian since Wes did our bathroom to make it more accessible for myself and with that we knew how the work would

About 80% of this experience was terrible. Our initial visit was great and we were excited. After that, it was delay after delay, after more delays along with poor and/or incorrect communication. The contractor was completely unaware of many items discussed with the salesperson.
Fortunately, the contractor did a fantastic job and was amazing to work with.
I would never ever consider dealing with this company again.

I went to 4 showrooms before I went to Bathroom and Kitchen Galleries. All of them said that my ideas were out of style. Except Lina (Bathroom and kitchen galleries) , she listened to what I liked. What I was looking for... She spent 2 hours looking through tile, catalogues, and websites to help me figure out what I wanted exactly. In the end we made a design that may not be everyone's cup of tea, but I love it. It matches my home, and my style. She had no judgements like the other showrooms, she told me to "do what I love...its your space to enjoy." I am so very happy with the customer service

I comparison shopped before deciding to work with Patrick and Lina .
My wants and needs were listened to - my budget was just about bang on - suggestions and alternate solutions were offered.Patrick kept me in the loop at all times and did his utmost to accommodate my perception of how my 2 powder rooms and main bathroom would appear when all was said and done.Bravo!

Great place if you're looking for some specialized part that the "big box" stores don't carry.
Patrick was extremely helpful; if he didn't have what I needed, he would've sourced it for me. But he did have exactly what I needed, what I had spent time looking for in big box stores.

We had a great experience with Patrick at the Mississauga location.He was very professional and knowledgeable when answering all of our questions. The prices were competitive and the quality of product is very good. Their personable approach made the experience much better than one you can find at a bigger chain store. My husband will definitely be going back to Bathroom & Kitchen Galleries for any future renovations.
