They do what they say they will do. Each time they come to service the bait boxes they knock on the door to inform me (so no surprises!) and send a detailed status report afterwards. I appreciate the follow up and professionalism.

Martin's Pest Control was able to squeeze me in to get rid of the wasp nest in my backyard. We tried the store products but the nest was way out of control and tough to get at as it was under our shed making the whole situation impossible and terrifying. haha Mike came by and took care of the nest in 30 minutes. We really should have called weeks ago for help! I hope I don't get another wasp nest but if it happens we will utilize Martin's Pest Control again for sure. Thanks!!

Mike returned my email promptly to let me know his costs for removing the hornets/wasps nests. He followed up with a phone call to book at time to come over and arrived promptly. He dealt with the issue and stayed with me until I felt comfortable that I was safe from any threat from the wasps. I highly recommend his serivce.

Can't thank Mike enough. Took care of my wasp nest under the siding. There were many many wasps and the area was dangerous. Came out the same day I called. I would highly recommend Martin's Pest Control.

Mike Nielsen came to our properties to remove two wasps nests in difficult areas. He was clean, professional, and well-spoken. He was also very kind and brave. Wasps are very aggressive and he saved us today from many problems as they have been swarming us when we try to enter our homes. The service was fast, courteous, and reasonably priced. I’m disabled and could never have done this. I’m grateful that they could help so quickly and would have Mike back to our properties any time. They guarantee the removal for the rest of this year and the billing and service report (with photos) was provided

Had them out the end of may at my house and my Neighbours. Out tech Keefe was great, sprayed for ants and gave us our instructions, conveniently paid at the time of service. This service came with a 30 day review. Called back to state both homes we’re having ant issues again, spoke to a woman on Thursday, she states someone would be in contact to book for a follow up service. Never heard back so called back on the following Thursday. Spoke to a man who was short and ignorant and stated I never spoke to a woman but that they were out and had redid the treatment. We never seen them here however
