We saw a post on Facebook marketplace for some Timbertech decking. Ruben messaged us back within the day and was able to answer our questions. We went to Urban Design store and Ruben took care of our order. A few weeks later we started to build our deck and thought we should extend a few more feet. Ruben again came to the rescue and delivered the few more pieces himself. He is an excellent example of customer service and I would not hesitate to recommend his services again!

I had great experience working with Ruben at Urban Design Building Materials. He was attentive and fair with his pricing. We ordered composite decking from him and was a great experience throughout. Did not feel he was over selling and provided us great ideas to cut cost. I had an incident picking up the materials at their warehouse (frankly the guys there weren't as helpful) but Ruben called me immediately to apologize for their service even though we know it wasnt directly his fault. We needed to order additional materials and Ruben personally drop it off for us even though he didn't need to

It was an amazing experience to deal with Sanjay Arora from Urban Design, when we bought stone and Lux panels. We were bit confused with several choices as first time home builder, but Sanjay guided us with his solid experience to choose the right products. Sanjay went above and beyond my expectations, with excellent customer service and follow up. I would strongly recommend to consult Sanjay for any building material requirements. I would like to thank the entire staff at Urban Design and especially Ruben for assisting me with my stone purchase and locating an installer. Yesterday, I found myself without a stone installer right in the middle of our fireplace renovation. Ruben listened to my concerns and assisted me with my stone purchase and found a wonderful installer for my job. Within hours of talking to Ruben, the installer came to my house and gave me a great quote. I can't thank Ruben and the staff at Urban Design enough for assisting us. You went way beyond our expectations and will highly recommend you to my friends

Typically, I'm not the type of person to leave online reviews. However, I felt that it was necessary to write a review for this company as my whole experience with them exceeded my expectations. The salesperson who I dealt with was very friendly and he definitely gave me the sense that he wanted the best for my business. He was responsive to my text messages and calls not only during the weekdays but also during the weekends and late nights. Theirs products are very high quality and were delivered right on time.

Bought my stone and flooring from this company . The outside sales met me at my jobsite. Very knowledgable and informative . Price on the stone and floor was way better then other 2 places I visited . Stone was delivered at the time I requested . Not only they gave me good deal but also helped me to find good installers. I am very happy with the service and the products I bought from urban design . I won't hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family.

Ruben our sales rep is amazing to work with. The sheer knowledge he has on all the materials they carry is something I’ve never encountered. Not only is his customer service A++. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Ruben on several jobs already. I would highly recommend him and can’t wait to work with him on our upcoming jobs. My clients love dealing with him as well. The staff at their showroom are all polite, helpful and also well versed on their products. I highly recommend Urban Design Center!

Dealing with Urban Design is such a breeze! I am able to text the sales rep for pictures of products and he gets back to me within minutes of asking for it. The quality of their items is definitely top tier. I have worked with builders from Chilliwack to Richmond and Urban Design is always the go to for them as well. The owner and sales rep Ruben even set up a lunch and learn at a clients office to work around his schedule. Quality is one thing but this team has a passion for what they do!
