Every order is a "special order", but at Jenkins we can custom order thousands of products in thousands of colours.

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for controlling incoming merchandise, including general warehouse cleanup, picking customer orders, stocking, and loading and unloading or moving merchandise in the warehouse while providing the highest level of customer service to customers.

Purchased area rug that was high pile. When we attempted to vacuum it the vacuum stuck in one position and would not move. We called our sales rep Linda and she "immediately" called the supplier who told her that instructions that came with the rug advised not to use vacuum to clean. These instructions however were written on the "invoice" not as as notice in the actual rug packaging. Linda told the supplier that the sales department "never sees the invoice" as it goes directly to Jenkins administration. The supplier was most affable and agreed to the return of the rug and we were credited fully
