He was knowledgeable and his prices were reasonable. He communicated his schedule very well. He was HONEST about everything. We wouldn't even think about looking for another person to do any of our HVAC (I have dealt with 5 others while building my house).

John, Kathy and the Murdoch team were amazing to work with! They answered all our questions, they were prompt at each appointment time and very friendly. Their team was quick, efficient, tidy and treated us and our home with respect. We decided to go with Murdoch because their price was amazing. Every other company wanted to use a chemical to clean out the lines and Murdoch decided they wanted to replace them. Our new unit is so quiet! We are recommending Murdoch to our family and friends!

I need to give a huge shout out of gratitude to Murdoch Heating & Cooling! They were the only company that addressed my concerns and issues with my 20 year old furnace in a timely and understanding manner. They went the extra mile to try and remedy the issue. We ended up needing a new furnace and it was installed the next day! You can tell this company cares about and listens to the homeowners issues. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them in a heartbeat! John installed a new furnace for us last winter and did a great job. He came back this spring to check our air conditioner per our agreement. While here John went beyond what was expected and told us to call if we had any problems and sincerely meant it. He knows his stuff. We'll recommend John for any heating or air conditioning work. Any more work needed we won't look we'll just call John.
