John Liddle came out to check on our GAS WATER HEATER today. We had been concerned that there might be a problem.
He arrived promptly and he was very pleasant. John carefully checked everything, serviced the controls, and partially drained the tank. He was extremely conscientious, professional, and knowledgeable. He checked it over very well. He also gave us tips of what to look for (and what to do) if there were ever a concern.

I don't give out a lot of 5 stars but it's hard to find tradespeople that are fair and honest. I was going to deal with reliance but I found out how crooked they were the salesman quoted me 14500.00 for a new furnace no a/c just heat and not installed but the salesman said I could install myself he would tell me how lol. When I find someone who is fair and honest I stick with them and I'm sticking with Bosanacs they service the furnace in my house put in new baseboard heating for back up when weather gets cold and they just installed and new hot water tank. So they have done a fair bit of work

I was charged over $500 for a thermostatic mixing valve for my water heater. Plus 2 hours labour to instal it. Over $800 in total. Checked Rona and the valves retail for approx $100. When I questioned they reduced the price but it was still over $500 in total. I would not recommend this company.

Worse customer service ever. My furnace stopped working in December. They came with an old heater, plugged it in and it started sparking and burnt my carpet The technician packed up his tools and immediately left without even an apology. They didn't want to take responsibility for the damage instead they told me the carpet was old and just shrugged it off. Worst company ever. Never again! And the furnace they installed is garbage. I've had it serviced every year for the flame sensor.

I hired Bosanac to reroute some duct-work, reroute a gas line and to reroute and modify all the electrical in my kitchen. I must say that I am very please with the work they have done. John is very understanding and goes out of his way to understand the job, I work a tight schedule and as such John was willing to meet me on the weekend. This industry is not an easy industry and many issues can come up, these guys know what they are doing. On top of that the cost was very reasonable. I will definitely be contacting them again for any future work that I need.

Lifesavers they are. Furnace went on me yesterday morning and had called a competitor initially who paid me a visit. I was charged 111.87 which was reduced from 129.95 plus tax, for the technician to tell me my motor was ceased. He was literally in my home for 5 minutes. He then told me the installation of a new motor would cost 826.00 plus tax on top of this diagnosis fee of 111.87. Told him I would explore other options. Bosanac sent 2 very professional and honest technicians (John and Ben) who found that my motor did not need to be replaced and simply needed a readjustment. They had heat venting

I needed to coordinate a service call with a reliable furnace repair company, myself and and my friend. I called Bosanac and the service receptionist was polite and friendly. She arranged for a time to meet at the property. I was totally impressed, the service as technician arrived exactly at the agreed upon time. Within 10 min he diagnosed the problem and within 30 min the furnace was working. He had the required part in stock on his truck. Price was very reasonable. Overall the service was excellent and I would not
