We hired Taylor Heffelfinger (Taylor Made Pools) to replace pool liner. He installed someone else's old strips around the stairs and popped the old caps on top. We asked to fix it, he agreed. It's been months since we heard from him. He is not answering messages, phone calls. It's a complete ignorance. We asked another contractor to look at it, he agreed to fix it for us. He commented that Taylor did a sloppy job. He also replaced the light trim and didn't tighten it properly, water got inside and damaged $800 light. Beware!!! This is the worst contractor we have ever hired
