Founded in 1978, D&L Concrete and Fiberglass Products Ltd. (D&L) is a family owned and operated company specializing in the design and manufacturing of above and below grade liquid storage containers for the water and wastewater industry. Innovation is D&L's core competence, rooted in their heritage on the cutting edge of the water and wastewater industry.

D&L concrete products are manufactured using a dense (sulphate resistant) SR rated cement mix with a minimum break strength of 42+MPA to provide superior strength plus prevent premature concrete spalling caused by the corrosive environment of a septic tank. All tanks are built to meet and exceed CSA B66.

At D&L, we do not "fill" our resin. This results in a finished product with high fibreglass content for maximized strength, toughness, and durability. Some Manufacturers of Fibreglass tanks use gaskets, flanges, and bolts to assemble their tanks.
