We offer our many services to all residents in and around Kelowna, including Lake Country locations in and around Oyama and Winfield to the northeast, and Peachland to the southwest. A huge thank you to okanagan heating and air conditioning! We found our selves without a working furnace Christmas morning, although we really didn’t want to be those people calling on a special holiday taking someone away from family and friends we were at a loss in this cold weather. Okanagan heating and air conditioning came through and got our… heat back on and we can thank them enough! The service was fast and we are truly thankful that they took time out on a holiday to help us! We highly recommend them for all your heating and cooling needs. ⭐️ ⭐️

We’ve been using Okanagan Heating for over 10 years. They’ve installed a furnace as well as hot water tank and do our annual furnace inspection and maintenance. They are always professional, courteous and respectful.
Most recently, we have a back up in our mechanical room causing minor flooding. Their plumber, Dan, came out to inspect and thought it was a backed up pipe and used an auger to clear. He ended up discovering we had a break in the main pipe leading out to our septic. Dan went above and beyond to get the problem fixed as quickly and as economically as possible. This was right before

I thought I was going to have to replace my aging gas fireplace, it hasn't worked in a few years, and I wanted to give it one more try. This team of super nice guys FIXED IT! Well worth the cost and reasonably priced. Nick also made the suggestions for other components in my home as they are also aging. They wore boot covers to protect my floors and left the space very clean!

On the morning of July 29/21, we experienced a water leak into our downstairs laundry room. Okanagan Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing Ltd. serviced our furnace last year and they were the first call I made. The receptionist was unable to give me a firm time but assured me that someone would come before day's end and they would call 30 minutes prior to arrival. I was kept informed by the receptionist throughout the day, and in the late afternoon, Nick arrived. He determined the cause of the leak almost immediately. I had the worst experience with this company. They did not show up for my appointment, called me 30 minutes before my appointment window ended (on a Friday) and told me to reschedule with the office. When I contacted the office they did not apologize or even have the slightest sympathy or understanding for the situation. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating to deal with. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

Nic was amazing. Our air conditioner broke on a 45 degree day last month. No one would pick up there phone especially around 7:30pm. Nic did and gave us some unfortunate news that our system was old and I need of a lot. He helped us every step of the way and I can’t tell you how busy this guy and his company was at the time. Our air conditioner is back up just in time before the smoke really hit so we could close our windows. Highly recommend this company. Great pricing and extremely knowledgeable!

I called in the evening to say my air conditioner was not working. Nick was at my door in less than 30 minutes. In another 20 minutes my air conditioner was working. FAST, EFFICIENT, RESPECTFUL and COURTEOUS is what OK heating/air cond. is all about. This is the place to call for EMERGENCY service as well as general maintenance. I have been doing business with OK HEATING AND AIR for 13 years and will recommend everyone who wants 'really great' service to try them.

I am a long time customer of Okanagan Heating and Air Conditioning. Great service, very professional and knowledgeable staff. When Nick was here giving me a quote for a new furnace, he noticed a leak under my laundry sink and promptly arranged for it to be fixed the next day! He was also very patient in helping me set up the schedule for my thermostat. I would definitely recommend them to others.
