One way to improve would be, when cutting the grass at one of your customer locations, to NOT BLOW ALL THE GRASS CLIPPINGS ROCKS GRAVEL ETC at the vehicles parked in the work parking lot. This causes dents scratches chips etc in the paint of the vehicles parked in there work parking lot. This is common sense for most however not all apparently. If… ya want to keep your customers then maybe show some respect to those parked at work and stop cutting corners just cause you don't care as an employee. Another way would be to be careful when trimming with a weed eater around staff at a workplace

Avoid Hiring or Working for CSL.
Although Landscaping Business is set as a annual or monthly payments with big companies, they are greedy and don't put compassion into their work they do.
They show up to some properties just to pretend to do work, trying to fulfill their agreements with clients, but clients are just throwing away their money!
As the fall comes in and Winter comes up , don't work for CSL because They don't only over charge Clients, but leave there employes out work; where they have to go on EI, even has a crew leader. This place is terrible.
They have big properties
